Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation & Cancellation Guidelines

We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness, we have outlined the following cancellation terms for all bookings made with Green Heaven Dandeli:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival — a full refund will be provided with no penalties.
• Cancellations made 8 to 14 days before arrival — a refund of 50% of the total amount will be processed.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival — no refund will be issued, as accommodations and activities would already have been reserved.
• No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Eligibility & Processing

Refunds are only applicable to bookings made directly through our official website or reservation desk. Third-party booking platforms may follow their own cancellation rules.

Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 working days, though some banks or card issuers may take longer to reflect the transaction.

3. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, we will make every effort to accommodate the change, subject to availability. Date changes are generally allowed if requested at least 7 days before check-in. Additional charges may apply if the new booking dates fall under a higher pricing period.

4. Special Circumstances (Force Majeure)

Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control — such as natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or extreme weather — may force us to cancel or reschedule bookings. In such cases:

• We will prioritize offering alternate dates or equivalent services.
• If rescheduling is not possible, we will process a full refund without any deductions.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain add-on services such as jungle safaris, boating, or third-party adventure activities may be non-refundable once confirmed with external vendors. These services will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

6. Policy Updates

This refund and cancellation policy is subject to periodic review and change. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “last updated” date. We encourage guests to review the policy before making a booking.
